They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos

Objective

  • Responsible for sales revenue growth, customer acquisition, Customer satisfaction and customer relationship management for the company by aiding sales activities.

Job Duties / Responsibilities /Accountabilities
Main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage team members to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities from initiation to completion
  • Participate in documentation processes, bid management and review of contracts from clients
  • Assist in preparation of budget for the department and management meetings
  • Determine cross-selling opportunities of the company’s products and solutions to internal, existing and potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Respond to client queries regarding the company’s products and services in a timely fashion
  • Work with Training team to ensure 95% customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and review business proposals for new and existing customers
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization
  • Ensure all documentation with regards the company’s are always updated.
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with BD Manager to achieverevenue goals
  • Interface with customers via phone and e-mail to identify areas of opportunity and provide customers with marketing collateral to further develop their interest.
  • Prepare presentation slides and conduct sales presentations to client (internal and external)
  • Maintain all relevant contact information and record all correspondence for appropriate actions in CRM tools (Salesforce, Action Plans)

Requirements

  • 5-10 years post NYSC experience in business development/sales role. Previous experience in an IT firm entrenched in Sales of IT software will be a major plus
  • Possession of additional professional qualifications will be an advantage
  • Possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering degree in or related field from an accredited university.
