Job Title: Assistant Manager, Human Resources & Administration

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, HR & Administration to support the delivery of end-to-end HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, HR operations, compliance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement support activities, and administrative service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate office administration, facilities management, fleet operations, workplace safety, security, and corporate support services.
  • Oversee HR operations, employee records, payroll inputs, benefits administration, HR reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Support the implementation of the Group's HR and administrative strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of performance management, employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management programmes.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance resolution, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 8 years' progressive experience as an HR Generalist.

Salary
N800,000 / month.
