Job Title: HR, Administration, Operations & Facilities Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate should be disciplined, able to coordinate staff effectively, and ensure smooth business operations.
  • We are seeking a proactive and organized HR, Admin, Operations and Facilities Manager to oversee the company's human resources, administrative functions, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate staff performance reviews.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and staff welfare.

Administration:

  • Manage vendors and service providers.
  • Supervise office administration and supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings and office logistics.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems.

Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support management in achieving operational goals.
  • Monitor daily operational activities.
  • Prepare operational reports.

Facilities:

  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory of facility assets and supplies.
  • Prepare facility maintenance reports.
  • Supervise facility staff and outsourced personnel.
  • Monitor security, utilities, and facility equipment.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proactive and willing to work.
  • 3–5 years' relevant experience facility or operations management.
  • Willing to learn new things on the job
  • Ability to manage people and resolve conflicts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field.
