Project Management Intern

Job Summary

• We are seeking highly motivated and result driven Project Monitoring intern to join our team
• The ideal candidate will support the monitoring and reporting of ongoing projects to ensure activities are executed according to approved timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and document project observations.
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures and reporting requirements.
• Track project progress and update project status reports.
• Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and escalation points.
• Follow up with project teams on assigned action items.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles particularly in Engineering sector.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
