Job Description

• We are looking for a Vision Systems Deployment Engineer to join our team. This role involves visiting client manufacturing sites to understand their operational requirements, planning and overseeing the installation of camera systems, and recommending the best vision-based AI solutions to meet their needs.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various camera brands and types, as well as experience in deploying technology solutions within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in camera technology and vision-based AI solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth deployment of vision-based AI solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand specific requirements for vision-based AI solutions.
• Plan and design the camera installation layout, ensuring optimal coverage and integration with existing manufacturing processes.
• Recommend appropriate camera systems (including brand and type) based on the manufacturing environment, lighting conditions, and specific use cases.
• Conduct on-site visits to client manufacturing facilities to assess operational needs and challenges.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on operating and maintaining the installed systems.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven experience in deploying technology solutions within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of various camera brands, types, and their applications in different manufacturing environments.
• Experience in designing and planning technical installations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
