NTEL, is aNigerian telecommunications companythat launched as a 4G LTE provider in 2016. It was formed after NATCOM Development and Investment Limited (NatCom) acquired the assets of the defunct NITEL.NTEL aims to redefine the Nigerian telecommunications landscape by offering high-speed internet access and clear voice over LTE. NTEL aims to deliver its services across the largest possible network coverage in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative (eSIM)

Location: Lagos

JobDescription

  • Identify prospective customers through calls, referrals, and field marketing activities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and activation targets
  • Convert leads to active subscribers and follow up to ensure successful activation
  • Support existing customers with renewals, upgrades, and plan changes
  • Educate customers on eSIM benefits, compatibility, activation process, and usage
  • Stay updated on ntel’s products, promotions, and industry developments
  • Assist customers with eSIM onboarding, activation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Accurately record sales activities and customer information in company systems
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
  • Promote and sell ntel eSIM products and mobile plans to new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a persuasive and results-driven mindset
  • B.Sc, HND, or OND in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
  • Candidate must not be older than 27 years at the time of application
  • Good understanding of mobile devices (Android and iOS); eSIM knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Strong interest in technology, smartphones, and digital products
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
