Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (Offshore)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

Support electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and electrical safety regulations.
Ensure the reliability, safety, and integrity of electrical installations on offshore assets.
Manage and maintain offshore electrical power generation, distribution, and control systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of hazardous area classification and electrical safety standards (IEC/NEC).
Hands-on experience with offshore platforms, FPSOs, Early Production Facilities (EPFs), or export terminal electrical infrastructure.
Willingness to work offshore on a rotational schedule.
Experience with marine/vessel electrical systems is an added advantage.
COREN registration is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in offshore/upstream Oil & Gas electrical systems.
