About the Role

• A reputable fintech firm is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Relationship Officer to support business growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and deposit mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new individual and corporate clients.
• Monitor client accounts and provide timely support and resolution of issues.
• Drive deposit mobilization and portfolio growth in line with business objectives.
• Promote the company’s financial products and digital solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of deposit mobilization and customer acquisition strategies.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and result orientation.
• B.Sc./HND in any related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within a fintech, banking, or financial services environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or portfolio targets.
