We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose

To carry out mechanical fitting activities within the company and its subsidiaries to support machine maintenance work according to set objective

The Job

Fabrication of material handling equipment, conveyors, elevators for Flour Mills and subsidiaries
Report the general condition of equipment and recommend replacement when necessary to supervisor.
Carry out installation, servicing and repair of factory machinery including pumps, gear boxes, drives, etc.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on the packing machines to minimize equipment downtime.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with maintenance plans and operational requirements.
Fitting and assembly of structural frameworks and housing
Produce machine components using relevant hand tools
Replace damaged, worn, or defective structural and mechanical components as required.
