Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales personnel, and increasing customer acquisition for the company’s financial services and savings products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or cooperative savings will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
