Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient volume, expanding our corporate client base, and strengthening our team.
• If you have a passion for healthcare marketing, excellent relationship-management skills, and a track record of driving revenue growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Reponsibilities

• Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new corporate retainerships, school health plans, and HMO partnerships for the hospital.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients, community leaders, and referral doctors to ensure repeat business.
• Market Activation & Events: Plan and execute healthcare activations, medical outreaches, and wellness checks to increase hospital visibility.
• Digital Marketing & Content: Manage the hospital’s social media platforms and online presence to showcase our clinical expertise and surgical facilities.
• Competitor Analysis & Reporting: Track market trends, patient feedback, and competitor services to advise management on pricing and service expansion.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of active sales/marketing experience, preferably in a hospital or HMO setting.

Skills:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing (Canva, Social Media management, Email marketing).

Attitude:

• Self-motivated, aggressive yet ethical in sales approach, and a great team player.
