B-Freedom Outsourcing - We are a professional collection service provider dedicated to assisting loan institutions in swift and effection recovery of their bad-debt.

We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work.

We used use skilled and experienced recovery agents to support loan agencies, using multiple communication channels such as SMS, phone calls and emails to remnf and encourage customers to fulfil their repayment.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans.
• Must have an Android phone to work with.
• Training is done for newly recruited candidates.

Salary
N100,000 - N180,000 per month.
