Job Position: Sales and Marketing (Real Estate) Consultant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Market and promote the company’s land and real estate developments.
2. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
4. Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
5. Negotiate transactions and drive deals to successful closure.
6. Develop referral channels and strategic partnerships.
7. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity updates.
8. Consistently achieve agreed sales targets.

Job Requirements

1. Demonstrable experience in real estate, property, or land sales.
2. Existing network of prospective buyers, investors, or referral partners will be a strong advantage.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
4. Strong business development and prospecting ability.
5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
6. High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience.
