We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2B Partnerships & Growth Manager

Location: Nigeria

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for building our B2B pipeline, closing strategic accounts, and establishing the partnership channels that will scale our reach.
  • This is not a traditional sales role. We need a hunter who thinks like a product person. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle while also working cross-functionally with product and marketing to shape our go-to-market strategy, pricing, and partner propositions.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Generation:

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle;from prospecting and cold outreach through negotiation and close.
  • Lead discovery calls, product demos, and commercial proposals tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Hit and exceed quarterly new ARR targets.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts (e.g., HR, People, Wellness teams at large companies)

Partnership Development & Strategy:

  • Develop joint go-to-market campaigns, webinars, and account-based programs with partners to generate pipeline.
  • Build playbooks and templates that can be handed off to future team members as the B2B function scales.
  • Identify, negotiate, and structure B2B partnerships (e.g., employee benefits platforms, corporate wellness providers, HR tech companies).

Product & Commercial Strategy:

  • Represent VivaFemini at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Support the integration of new product offerings into our portfolio — this includes contributing to pricing strategy, enterprise packaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Gather structured feedback from customers and partners to inform product roadmap decisions

Must-Have Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen:you understand unit economics, can model margins alongside storytelling, and speak fluently to both technical integrators and C-level executives.
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in HR tech, wellness, employee benefits, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with outbound-led motion:you build pipeline; you don't wait for inbound.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills:you can build real, long-lasting relationships with partners and clients
  • Highly autonomous: you thrive with minimal structure and can build things from scratch.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Nice-to-Have:

  • A network within the corporate wellness, HR, or women's health space.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI tools for sales automation (e.g., Clay, Apollo).
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
