• Define the creative vision for ImmersiCast, StoryTeller NewsPro, WeatherShow Creator.
• Lead graphics packages, motion graphics, templates, AR content, and interactive experiences.
• Oversee demo content for product launches and events; ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales and Customer Success to align assets with needs.
• Develop visual storytelling for weather, news, sports, elections, and data-driven content.
• Lead and mentor designers, motion artists, animators, and contractors; set standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Broadcast Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in broadcast TV, media, advertising, or digital content.
• 3+ years in leadership or creative management.
• Portfolio demonstrating broadcast graphics, animation, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience leading projects from concept to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of TV production workflows and broadcast graphics systems.
