Job Title: Senior Forex Telesales Agent

Job Summary
ElamaxPros is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Forex Telesales Agent with a proven background in forex sales and client acquisition. The successful candidate will manage high-value client conversations, drive revenue growth, and support the development of junior telesales agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to qualified forex prospects and warm leads

  • Utilize in-depth forex product knowledge to engage, educate, and convert high-value clients

  • Manage the complete client acquisition process from prospecting to onboarding

  • Consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

  • Mentor and support junior telesales agents by sharing best practices and sales techniques

  • Provide market insights and feedback on lead quality, client objections, and industry trends

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity

  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline

  • At least 2 years of proven telesales experience, preferably in forex or financial services

  • Strong knowledge of forex trading products, platforms, instruments, and client profiles

  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills

  • Strong understanding of forex market dynamics and investor behavior

  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members

  • Must be able to commute daily to the Abule Egba office
