About the Role

• We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence in Port Harcourt.
• You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to build campaigns that actually convert.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, radio, OOH, events, and community outreach.
• Develop quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned to business goals.
• Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient spend with measurable ROI.

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

• Set up and manage lead tracking, follow-up systems, and conversion reporting.
• Design and run campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Requirements

• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, MS Office.
• Demonstrated success with lead gen campaigns and brand campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and public speaking skills.
• BSc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years proven marketing experience.
• Must reside in Port Harcourt and work onsite Mon-Fri.
