TalentForge Solutions Limited is a full-service Human Resources consulting firm with active recruitment and outsourcing operations across various cities and locations. Our client in the financialindustry is seeking to employ a qualified and results-driven Marketing Leadto join their team.

About the Role

• We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence in Port Harcourt. You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to build campaigns that actually convert.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned to business goals
• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, radio, OOH, events, and community outreach
• Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient spend with measurable ROI

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

• Design and run campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Set up and manage lead tracking, follow-up systems, and conversion reporting.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• 2-4 years of proven marketing experience
• Demonstrated success with lead gen campaigns and brand campaigns
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, MS Office
• Strong copywriting and public speaking skills
• Must reside in Port Harcourt and work onsite Mon-Fri.

Salary
N250,000/month + commission.
