Job Position: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute FruityLife’s social media strategy across all platforms.
• Createcaptions that align with the brand voice.
• Create and manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative campaign ideas to drive engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Support influencer partnerships and digital campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
