Product Implementation Manager, iQueue for Operating Rooms

• Lead customer implementations of iQueue for Operating Rooms from kickoff to rollout
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure design and config accuracy
• Conduct discovery sessions with clinical/operational stakeholders
• Translate clinical needs into optimized perioperative workflows with leadership
• Engage executives to align on goals and drive adoption
• Travel up to 20-50% to customer sites

???? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years client-facing healthcare experience
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving; complex datasets
• EHR familiarity preferred
• Experience with executive stakeholders and cross-functional alignment
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams
