Partnership Support Specialist

???? Description

• Coordinate onboarding and activation of contractor partners (training, access)
• Maintain communications between contractors, PDMs, Loan Officers, Ops, and Support
• Monitor partner pipelines and identify stalled or incomplete applications
• Follow up to recover deals and move applications toward funding
• Track partner usage and adoption metrics to surface growth opportunities
• Pull reports and assist in outreach strategy

???? Requirements

• 2-4 years in sales support, partner success, account coordination, lending operations, or similar
• Experience supporting contractor, home improvement, solar, roofing, mortgage, or fintech partners preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
