• Partner with Sales leaders on leadership effectiveness, org design, and talent strategy
• Scale Sales by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership and performance in a quota-driven environment
• Evolve performance and compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession
• Address organizational friction by improving cross-functional GTM alignment
• Embed as a key partner across GTM, Compensation, Recruiting, L&D, BEI, and People Relations

???? Requirements

• 8-12+ years of HR/People experience, including HRBP for senior leaders
• Experience partnering with Sales or revenue organizations with quota-driven dynamics
• Strong organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Experience supporting global or distributed Sales organizations with data insights
• Nice to have: experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies
