About the Role

• We’re not looking for a traditional ML engineers. We’re looking for the architect of Niko’s mind.
• Your mission is to help Niko become the best recruiter, talent partner, and mentor in the world—defining how it thinks, speaks, and behaves while ensuring it remains the smartest AI agent in recruitment.

What You’ll Do

• Define Niko’s Persona – shape how Niko thinks, communicates, and interacts with users
• Integrate Knowledge – turn industry expertise and data into AI decision logic
• Orchestrate Intelligence – design when Niko should search, ask questions, or provide insights
• Continuous Improvement – experiment with new AI models and agent frameworks
• High-Stakes Vetting – help ensure Niko can identify the top 1% of talent with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of LLMs (prompting, chaining, fine-tuning, behavior design)
• Ability to translate human decision-making into AI logic
• Strong interest in AI agents, RAG, and behavioural AI systems
• High-agency mindset – proactive and solution-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
