Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret lab data, identifying potential errors or discrepancies and taking corrective actions.
• Analyze complex laboratory results, providing expert interpretation and consultation to clinicians.
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate test selection and timely communication of results.
• Participate in laboratory policy development and implementation.
• May represent the laboratory at internal and external meetings and committees.
• Address clinical inquiries related to laboratory test interpretation and patient management.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years post-NYSC work experience.
• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS).
