Job Description
- We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded, and results-driven Marketing & Growth Officers to drive the growth of MyCityApp across Anambra, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Ibadan, Imo, Kaduna, Kano & Rivers States.
- This is a dynamic role for individuals passionate about business development, partnerships, marketing, and customer acquisition.
- You will be responsible for growing the MyCityApp ecosystem by driving user adoption, onboarding businesses, executing activations, and generating revenue within your assigned state.
What You Will Do
- Drive app downloads, user acquisition, and customer engagement.
- Identify, onboard, and manage local businesses, merchants, and strategic partners.
- Meet assigned revenue generation and business growth targets.
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent MyCityApp at events, networking sessions, and community engagements.
- Create and coordinate localized content that drives brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships that strengthen the MyCityApp ecosystem.
- Gather market intelligence on customer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on activities, partnerships, and growth performance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Customer Acquisition.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the local business landscape within the preferred state.
- Must reside in Imo, Anambra, Edo, or Delta State.
- Experience in startups, technology, fintech, e- commerce, or telecommunications is an added advantage.
