Role Summary

  • The successful candidate will drive consistent and impactful messaging across all channels while leveraging modern AI-powered communication, content creation, analytics, and marketing technologies to improve effectiveness, reach, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • The role oversees both digital and offline communications, including social media, content marketing, public relations, corporate communications, thought leadership, events, media engagement, internal communications, brand storytelling, and executive visibility.
  • The Marketing Communications Officer is responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies that strengthen Qore's brand, amplify its market presence, support revenue growth, and position the company as a leading fintech infrastructure provider.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive awareness, consideration, engagement, and advocacy for Qore's products, solutions, and brand.
  • Develop annual communication plans, campaign calendars, and messaging frameworks.
  • Create and maintain a unified brand voice across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Translate complex fintech, banking, payments, lending, and embedded finance concepts into compelling and accessible narratives.

Digital Communications & Social Media Management:

  • Optimize content performance using data, analytics, and audience insights.
  • Develop and manage content strategies for:
    • Facebook
    • Blogs
    • Community platforms
    • Instagram
    • Company website
    • Podcasts
    • YouTube
    • X (Twitter)
    • LinkedIn
    • Newsletters
  • Manage content creation, publishing schedules, audience engagement, and campaign execution.
  • Lead communication activities across all digital platforms.
  • Grow digital communities and strengthen engagement with fintech, banking, and technology audiences.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and social conversations.

Content Marketing:

  • Lead development of high-quality content assets including:
    • Webinar materials
    • Blogs
    • Customer success stories
    • Articles
    • Industry reports
    • Whitepapers
    • Case studies
    • Product announcements
    • Investor and partner communications
    • Video scripts
    • Executive communications
    • Website content
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to create impactful content.
  • Position Qore executives and subject matter experts as thought leaders within the fintech ecosystem.

Public Relations & Media Management:

  • Monitor media coverage and drive positive brand visibility.
  • Support crisis communications and reputation management initiatives when required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media organizations, analysts, influencers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Manage media interviews, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition programs.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements.

Events, Partnerships & Offline Communications:

  • Lead communication efforts for:
    • Trade shows
    • Webinars
    • Partner events
    • Industry conferences
    • Product launches
    • Executive roundtables
    • Community engagement initiatives
    • Customer events
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Coordinate event messaging, promotional materials, presentations, and post-event communications.

Corporate & Internal Communications:

  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams on employee engagement campaigns.
  • Support internal communication strategies that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational alignment.
  • Drive employee advocacy and employer branding initiatives.
  • Develop communications and company-wide announcements.

AI-Native Marketing & Communications:

  • Ensure responsible, ethical, and brand-safe use of AI technologies.
  • Establish best practices for AI-assisted communication workflows.
  • Champion AI-first communication and content creation practices.
  • Utilize AI for:
    • Market intelligence
    • Audience segmentation
    • Content optimization
    • Social media management
    • Sentiment analysis
    • Media monitoring
    • Communication analytics
    • Campaign planning
    • Research and competitive intelligence
    • SEO optimization
    • Video and visual content creation

  • Drive adoption of AI tools to improve communication efficiency, creativity, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.

Brand Management:

  • Continuously strengthen brand equity across markets.
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards.
  • Ensure all communications align with organizational values and strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a custodian of the Qore brand.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:

  • Measure campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Continuously improve communication strategies based on data and market intelligence.
  • Develop executive dashboards and communication performance reports.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track and analyze communication effectiveness across all channels.

Requirements
Education

  • BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MSc in a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, SaaS, digital banking, payments, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing both digital and offline communication channels.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, brand management, public relations, or content marketing.
  • Experience leading high-impact communication campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
