• Develop and execute manual test plans across core flows.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
• Reproduce, isolate, and document defects with steps and evidence.
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, release summaries.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to triage issues.
• Participate in Agile rituals; QA embedded in the lifecycle.

???? Requirements

• BS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing focused on Web apps.
• QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Strong written communication; documenting defects; Jira/Linear.
