Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will oversee payroll, HR operations, labour relations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
• We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Manage union and industrial relations, including employee grievances.
• Manage payroll administration and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory remittances (PAYE, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NHF).
• Maintain employee records, welfare, and performance-related HR processes.
• Oversee expatriate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Experience in the plastic, sack, packaging, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
• Preferred Candidate: Male.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, labour law, statutory compliance, and union management.
• CIPM certification is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 Net / Month.
