We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Generalist (HRG)

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island (VI), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 Hour Break)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in achieving its people and business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and staff records.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
  • Support payroll processes and staff welfare administration.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • 3–5years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
