Overview
The Program and Communication Manager leads the Programs and Communication Department for Taicorp Group and her subsidiaries. This role drives the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of programs, events, partnerships, and communication initiatives to advance organisational goals. The manager ensures alignment with Taicorp and WIN’s mission, drives revenue generation, and effectively coordinates volunteers and team members to achieve high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities
Program Management:
- Plan and execute programs such as WIN Academy and Digital Skills for Her, ensuring effective implementation.
- Lead the team to develop innovative training content and facilitation kits, manage program budgets for efficiency, and coordinate volunteers with clear role definitions.
- Support grant applications and partnership outreach to enhance program impact.
Communication Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement communication strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and the website. Supervise the Content & Communication Lead to deliver high-quality content, including social media posts and videos/reels, and oversee paid ad campaigns to boost engagement and visibility.
Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue through grants, partnerships, memberships, and other initiatives.
- Support email campaigns to promote offerings and build relationships with funding partners or sponsors to sustain programs.
- Team Leadership & Volunteer Coordination
- Mentor Program Officers and Communication team members to foster collaboration.
- Coordinate volunteers for programs and events with clear task delegation, and conduct regular team syncs using tools like monday.com to track progress.
- Oversee a review process for program and content materials to ensure quality.
Stakeholder & Media Engagement
- Secure media placements and feature stories in reputable outlets.
- Arrange external speaking engagements preparing professional materials, and build relationships with CSR-aligned companies, community groups, and donors to support partnerships.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation processes for programs and communication initiatives.
- Deliver timely reports with actionable insights to improve performance and align with organizational goals.
Professional Development
- Engage in ongoing learning through relevant courses or training to enhance leadership, program management, or communication skills, staying updated on industry trends.
Additional Responsibilities
