Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Remote Digital Marketing Instructor to deliver practical, results-driven training that prepares learners for real-world application and income generation.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on hands-on teaching, including live demonstrations across social media platforms, and the ability to guide learners in applying digital marketing skills to build sustainable income opportunities.
• This role requires proven industry experience, a verifiable portfolio, and demonstrated success in executing real marketing campaigns.
• The instructor will be responsible for training students across key areas such as social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, and analytics, with a strong emphasis on practical implementation, monetization, and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive virtual training sessions on digital marketing
• Teach digital marketing through practical, real-time demonstrations on social media platforms
• Equip learners with the ability to monetize digital marketing skills and build income-generating opportunities
• Guide students from beginner level to becoming confident, job-ready and income-ready digital marketers
• Develop, structure, and continuously improve practical lesson plans and training materials
• Teach core areas including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, copywriting, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics
• Demonstrate how to create, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Guide learners through hands-on projects, case studies, live campaigns, and portfolio development
• Evaluate learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates
• Support learners with career development, freelancing pathways, and job readiness
• Foster a highly practical, engaging, and results-oriented learning environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong practical expertise in SEO, PPC advertising, copywriting, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and content scheduling tools
• Ability to deliver practical, live demonstrations of digital marketing strategies on social media platforms
• Strong understanding of how to monetize digital marketing skills in real-world applications
• Proven ability to mentor and develop learners from beginners into income-ready professionals
• Must have a verifiable and convincing portfolio showcasing past projects, campaign results, or client work
• Active social media presence that aligns with stated experience and portfolio
• Ability to present evidence of past advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager experience where applicable
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
