We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing and Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Identify new markets, trends and growth opportunities to expand subscribers.
• Promote Pally Agro Products, and ensure visibility through digital and social media platforms.
• Maintain partnership (affiliates) with vendors and subscribers’ relationship.
• Achieve and exceed subscription quota in designated territories by engaging directly with prospects.
• Onboard new marketing affiliates and subscribers to Pallyshop platform.
• Conduct market surveys, provide timely feedback on activities.
• Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions.
• Identify areas of improvement in marketing and overall business strategy, propose adjustments.
• Timely submission of all reports to line manager.

Qualification and Experience

• Relevant Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Development Studies, Economics, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Must have 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the FMCG, supply chain management, e-commerce, commercial environment with knowledge of growth, marketing and business development work.
