We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Executive Assistant to MD

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:


  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments for the MD / VP.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Organise meetings, conferences, and executive engagements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the MD / VP.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Track tasks, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in all business matters.

Sales Team Coordination:

  • Support coordination between the VP Sales and regional sales teams.
  • Track and monitor sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ensure timely preparation for key sales meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain visibility on team schedules, travel plans, and strategic activities.
  • Develop templates and communication tools to improve team efficiency.

Marketing & Communication Support:

  • Act as the local liaison for marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage digital platforms, including internal portals and social media
  • Support planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns
  • Coordinate internal communications and share business updates regionally
  • Assist with customer engagement activities and corporate events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably within a technology-driven organisation.
  • Strong background in administration, coordination, and executive support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience in marketing coordination and social media management.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,300,000 Net monthly.
