About the Role

• We’re hiring a YouTube Content Assistant to support a faith-based (prayer-focused) YouTube channel.
• This role is primarily focused on visual content creation (flyers/graphics) to support live sessions and channel growth.
• This is a simple but consistency-driven role—ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and understands clean, engaging design.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with uploading and scheduling YouTube videos
• Write engaging video titles, descriptions, and captions
• Create or coordinate thumbnail designs
• Conduct keyword and hashtag research for YouTube SEO
• Monitor channel analytics and performance metrics
• Respond to comments and engage with the audience professionally
• Organize video files, content calendars, and publishing schedules
• Assist with content ideas, trends, and competitor research
• Ensure videos are properly optimized before publishing
• Support collaborations, promotions, and community-building efforts.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of YouTube content management and growth strategies
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools is an added advantage
• Social media management experience is a plus.
