Job Position: HR Executive (Manufacturing Experience)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The HR Executive will be primarily responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
  • The role requires hands-on sourcing experience, stakeholder coordination, and ownership of hiring closures, along with limited involvement in HR operations and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate technical/managerial interviews and follow up for feedback
  • Drive offer rollouts, negotiation support, and closure of open positions
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Support job postings and employer branding initiatives on job portals and social platforms
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and bulk hiring initiatives when required
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction coordination
  • Coordinate background verification and pre-employment checks
  • Support HR operations teams with employee data updates and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience hiring for multiple roles/functions is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Experience with job portals, ATS/HRMS, and social recruiting
  • Good understanding of interview processes and offer management
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple open positions.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
