Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support while managing projects and supporting the organization’s digital presence through social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Support planning and execution of key projects and initiatives
  • Monitor online engagement and provide analytics reports
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and reporting
  • Develop and manage social media content and posting schedules

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management & Social Media Skills.
