HR Business Partner Job

Telinno Consulting Limited is the leading Telecoms Service Provider in West Africa, specialising in the design, roll-out, management, and performance improvement of cellular networks. Our clients include MTN, Orange, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, and Alcatel, with operations across Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, and the United Kingdom.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Business Partner

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and exit management across all operating countries in scope
• Administer performance management and disciplinary processes per company policy
• Ensure HR compliance with local labour laws across all operating countries
• Track headcount, attrition, and resource utilisation; report to leadership monthly
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate staff training and development
• Provide input into payroll processing and manage employee benefits, HMO, and pension administration
• Manage internal communication and the employee feedback process to maintain a positive work climate

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any social sciences discipline (MBA/MSc an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• CIPM or equivalent professional HR certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Generalist HR knowledge and good IT proficiency.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
