About the Role

• We're looking for a sharp, driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Lagos.
• This is a hands-on role not a "shadow and observe" internship.
• You'll be actively supporting real campaigns, chasing real leads, and building real skills from day one. If you're hungry to learn how businesses grow and want to be in the thick of it, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Show up for activations, trade events, and on-ground promotional activities in Lagos
• Conduct market research and track what competitors are doing
• Support the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups
• Manage customer databases and help maintain accurate sales records

Who We're Looking For

• Familiar with tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace (a plus, not a dealbreaker)
• Based in Lagos or able to commute without issues.
• A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Someone who can communicate clearly-in writing, on a call, and face-to-face
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision
• Comfortable with social media platforms and has a basic understanding of digital marketing
• Organised, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
