Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our home appliance service center in Isolo, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with home appliances, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to coordinate technicians, manage repairs, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the service center and technical team.
• Coordinate the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of home appliances.
• Monitor technicians' performance and ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
• Ensure all service requests and customer complaints are properly handled and resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and service reports.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and technical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
• Train, guide, and evaluate technical staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Liaise with management regarding operational challenges and service improvements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a home appliance service center or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, microwaves, and other household equipment.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
• Age Range: 29 – 40 years
• Gender Preference: Male

• Male, aged between 29 and 40 years.
• Must possess practical experience in home appliance repairs and service center operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Professional, disciplined, and results-oriented.
