We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer (Real Estate)

Location: Ologolo, Lekki - Lagos

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, sourcing potential buyers and tenants, managing property listings, and driving sales and rental transactions.
  • We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Sales and marketing Officer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate must possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to close deals and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Property Marketing and Promotion:

  • Promote properties through social media, networking events, referrals, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect property features and benefits.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Create and manage property listings across various online and offline platforms.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
  • Identify and source potential buyers, investors, and tenants.

Property Sales and Rentals:

  • Prepare and present property proposals to prospective clients.
  • Conduct negotiations between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Facilitate the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure sales and rental targets are consistently achieved.
  • Guide clients through the sales or leasing process from inquiry to closing.

Property Search and Management Support:

  • Assist in managing property portfolios and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate property inspections, viewings, and handover processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify available properties and investment opportunities.
  • Liaise with property owners regarding property availability and updates.
  • Source suitable properties that align with client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Provide professional advice on property investments, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Address client concerns and provide timely solutions.

Market Research and Reporting:

  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, client engagements, and market insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue generated from sales and leasing activities.
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Property sales and rental transactions completed.
  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
  • Growth of property portfolio and client database.
  • Client acquisition and retention rates.

Requirements

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and practical driving experience will be an added advantage, as the role may require frequent property inspections, client meetings, and site visits across various locations.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales transactions.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate marketing, sales, or property management.

Salary Range
N250,000 - N300,000 (Monthly).
