• We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-oriented General Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor business performance and prepare reports for executive decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
• Oversee sales, distribution, production, finance, and administrative functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate management and staff teams.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s operations.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree (MBA or related qualification) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational performance.
• 8–10 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
