Job Summary

• House Unlimited Nigeria is hiring a Female Sales Closer whose primary responsibility is simple: Turn leads into paying clients.
• This is not just a sales role—it is a closing role. You will manage leads, follow up consistently, and ensure prospects move from inquiry to inspection to final payment.

What You Will Do

• Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
• Follow up aggressively and consistently with prospects
• Convert inquiries into site inspections
• Convert inspections into closed deals
• Maintain strong communication with clients until payment is completed
• Track all conversations and client progress

Who This Role Is For
This role is strictly for someone who:

• Has 2–4 years of experience in sales or CRM
• Is confident in closing deals, not just talking to clients
• Understands how to handle objections and push conversations forward
• Is disciplined with follow-ups
• Is target-driven and result-oriented
• Must be female
• Must be based in Abuja or nearby.

Compensation

• Base Salary: N150,000 / month.
• Performance Bonus: Based on:
• Client show-up rate for inspection
• Number of deals closed
• Expected total earnings: N250,000 – N350,000 / month + monthly (based on performance).
