Role Overview

• We are looking for a smart, courteous, and well-organized Female NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA)to serve as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist.
• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while gaining hands-on experience in office administration and corporate communication within a professional media environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls and inquiries
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Keep records of visitors and handle basic access control
• Provide administrative support to the team as required
• Liaise with internal staff to ensure smooth front office operations

Requirements

• Current Female NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA)
• Mustresideon the Island (Lekki, Ajah, VI, Ikoyi, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
