Job Overview

• We are hiring a Business Development & Sales Assistant.
• The Business Development and Sales Assistant will support the company's revenue generation across our products - real estate and business brokerage.
• This is a performance-critical role with direct revenue accountability.

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to sales closing.
• Generate leads, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule meetings for senior sales and brokerage personnel.
• Identify business opportunities and market expansion.
• Achieve company revenue targets.
• Handle high-value clients and negotiations.
• Build a sales and marketing team.
• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and financial projections for new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and real estate sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-value property deals.
• Experience leading sales teams or managing real estate portfolios, and business development.
• Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis (Excel/Sheets).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: N70,000 / month
• Monthly Logistic Allowance ( Probationary) 70,000
• 15% Commission on sales.
• Official car and house after 6 months probation and meeting the company's target.
