We are recruiting for the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role

  • Behind every high-performing leader is someone who makes the chaos look effortless. As Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO at Eni Brand Architect, you'll be the operational backbone of a fast-moving, creative firm, managing the details so that the vision can stay in focus.
  • This role is for someone sharp, discreet, and two steps ahead at all times. You don't just manage schedules, you manage priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and engagements, including preparation of agendas, briefs, and follow-up notes
  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations at EBA
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and commitments across active projects and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and communications as directed
  • Handle travel coordination, logistics, and event scheduling where required
  • Handle correspondence, emails, messages, and follow-ups, on behalf of the Founder across professional channels
  • Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule with precision and foresight
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment across all interactions
  • Liaise with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team members on the Founder's behalf

What We're Looking For

  • Proactive by nature, you anticipate needs before they're voiced
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain composed under pressure
  • Prior experience in an EA, PA, or administrative role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in productivity tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, you represent the Founder in every interaction
  • Based in Lagos, with availability to work flexibly when required.
