• Handle customer support for assigned game studio.
• Assist players with account, tech, purchases and gameplay queries.
• Collaborate with agents under Team Lead and Operations Manager.
• Complete training modules to grow skills.
• Stay updated on client projects, updates and branding.

???? Requirements

• English language at advanced level (C1+).
• Based in South Africa.
• Own a modern gaming PC/Laptop.
• 8 GB RAM and Windows 11 (not S Mode).
• 15 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up, latency 120 ms.
• Customer service experience is a plus (optional).
