• Coordinate with Learning Experience, Sales, Product, Student Success, and Eng.
• Hands-on, collaborative role with a builder mindset.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years in Operations, Enablement, or PM with from-scratch ownership.
• Builder mindset; thrives in ambiguity and writes playbooks.
• Strong PM instincts; proficient with Asana or similar tools.
• High agency and independence; closes loops without prompts.
• Strategic, proactive communicator; flags risks to leadership.
• Applied AI mindset; automation-first approach.

???? Benefits

• Experience with HubSpot and Zapier.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
• Agentic AI experience is a plus, but not required.
