• Use 15Five data to tailor coaching and track progress toward goals.
• Facilitate group coaching, leadership workshops, and manager development programs.
• Document coaching sessions, actions, and progress in 15Five systems.
• Collaborate with 15Five teams to align engagements with customer objectives.
• Provide feedback on coaching effectiveness, trends, and product improvement.
• Adhere to ICF ethics and 15Five confidentiality standards.

???? Requirements

• Graduate degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, MBA, or related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• ICF PCC credential required.
• Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, DISC, EQ-i, 360) a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in professional coaching, focused on executive/leadership coaching.
• Experience coaching in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
• Experience integrating data/tools (surveys, 360 feedback, OKR) into coaching.
• Coverage for EU and UK time zones.
• Time commitment: 5 or fewer hours per week; no US time zones.
