Job Summary
- Successful candidates will gain practical exposure to retail banking, customer acquisition, financial products sales, and business development.
- The program is designed to develop future sales professionals through intensive training, mentorship, and hands-on field experience in banking products and customer relationship management.
- We are seeking smart, ambitious, and result-driven graduates to join our Management Trainee Program for Sales Executives in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure business growth.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Educate customers on banking products, digital banking platforms, and financial solutions.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and relationship management.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Promote and market the bank’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Participate in all training sessions, coaching, and field assignments under the program.
- Support deposit mobilization and account opening activities.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance expectations.
Requirements
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
- NYSC completion certificate is compulsory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Must be smart, confident, and professionally presentable.
