Job Summary

• As the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing investor relationships, driving assets under management (AUM) growth, and acquiring new clients while delivering exceptional wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives
• Promote investment products and provide tailored wealth management solutions to meet client objectives
• Manage investor portfolios, maintain accurate client records, and provide regular performance updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors to drive portfolio growth
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management, wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or asset management
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CFA, CISI, or other relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients and investment assets
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, capital markets, fixed income instruments, and wealth management solutions
